Our website address is: https://thinqtanq.co.uk. THINQTANQ is the shortened name of THINQTANQ Plymouth Ltd (Registered company number 08202834) and is run by Rob Wick. The Directors of THINQTANQ are Rob Wick and Kirsty Wick.
What personal data do we collect and why?
Purchases:
If you purchase something from us, including signing up for a day pass or free week, you will be added to our mailing list. This is an automated process and is designed to allow us to keep you informed of activities at THINQTANQ as part of our community. If you do not wish to receive these emails (they aren’t frequent, we promise) simply unsubscribe. You will still continue to receive emails related to your purchases and prior purchases but if you wish to be removed from our system completely. Please email info@thinqtanq.co.uk and we will take care of it for you.
Comments:
If visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here:https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact Forms:
If you submit information to us via a contact form then we will retain this information for only as long as it is required to deal with your request. Information submitted to us via a contact form will not be used for any marketing communications unless explicitly stated on the form.
Emails:
If you contact us using emails we will retain your email communication for as long as required to deal with your request or enquiry. Should you subsequently enter into a business arrangement with us, we will retain your information for the duration of that business arrangement and for a period of time after that as required by law (for example as part of our financial and tax records).
Cookies and Tracking:
If you choose to use our website you consent to the use of cookies, coz, you know. That’s how the internet works. If you select the Nope button on our cookie notification then all non functional 3rd party cookies will be refused.

How long will we retain your data?
We will retain your data for only as long as it is required to fulfil the purpose it was originally intended for. In the case of financial records, this can be up to 7 years.
What rights we have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you or correct anything we legally hold about you which may be wrong. How we protect your data
We use a secure password and where possible two factor authentication to secure your data. Any written or printed data is secured with a lock and key and all data is kept on servers within the EU.
What data breach procedures do we have in place?
In the case of a data breach from these accounts or company devices occur, we will contact
all users who are affected by email. Following an initial notification, we will send a follow up a week later. If the breach is significant we will inform any relevant authorities and continue to keep you up to date.
