1. If You Discover a Fire

Immediately raise the alarm using the nearest fire alarm call point.

If safe to do so, alert nearby colleagues verbally.

Do not attempt to fight the fire unless the fire is very small, you have been trained and it is safe.
2. Evacuating the Building

Stop what you are doing immediately.

Leave by the nearest safe exit.

Close doors behind you as you leave (if possible).

Do not collect personal belongings.

Assist visitors and anyone who may need help to leave the building.
3. Assembly Point

Go directly to the assembly point in the square outside the office.

Remain at the assembly point until further instructions are given.

Do not re-enter the building until told it is safe by the Fire Service or the responsible person.
4. Reporting

Inform the Fire Service or responsible person if you believe someone is still inside.

Follow all instructions from emergency services or staff in charge.
Please try to behave in a clam manner and never do anything you believe likely to cause a fire or endanger others.
