- Virtual Office & Mail Handling - registered address and mail-handling services for members and non-members. Pricing is set; we're building the products and onboarding.
- Site performance - we're auditing and speeding up the website, including the availability checker and checkout.
- Deposits (fobs & keys) - tidying up how deposits work so they're consistent and clear.

On the way
- Member survey - we'll be asking members for feedback and to confirm fob/key numbers.
- 3D printing for members - a new service for the community.
- Member experience improvements - smoother sign-up and account management.
- More workspace - reopening a refreshed upstairs space.

- Community events - more ways to connect and collaborate.
