Who is my agreement with?
If you choose to join THINQTANQ your agreement is with “THINQTANQ Plymouth Limited”. A member (“you”) indicates their acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Both parties understand that English law shall apply to this agreement. Your virtual office membership is specific to a single business and if you have more than one business registered at THINQTANQ then you will require one membership per business.
Provision of services and facilities
We forward post on to you once per week by email or postal services if you prefer.
- If the quantity or frequency of post necessitates more than two forwarding cycles per week we will charge the cost of the additional postage to your next bill.
- If you would like items forwarded as soon as they come in, please let us know. We will charge the additional postage to you at the end of each month.
Where possible we will keep any additional post related charges proportionate.
If you wish to cancel your virtual office agreement you only need to let us know before your next invoice is generated. After your virtual office period has ended we will continue to collate any post that comes to us for you for a minimum of 8 weeks ready for you to collect. After this period, post will be returned to sender.
If THINQTANQ is listed as your business address with companies house or any other organisation you are responsible for ensuring that your registered address is updated. This needs to be done within 30 days of your leaving date to make sure that you are compliant with company law. If you want to keep your business registered here, that is totally fine, you just need to continue with your virtual office membership.
If after 30 days your business is still registered with companies house we will invoice you for the use of the service starting at the end of your Virtual Membership and continuing until you contact us with proof of the change of address.
We will require both your home address and a scan of your passport/driving licence/other official document to prove your identity and address. THINQTANQ is committed to ensuring that no illegal or immoral practices occur from or via our business premises.
If we believe you are conducting your business in an illegal or immoral manner, we are obligated to contact any appropriate authority regarding said conduct.
Please be aware there may be a delay in receiving your post. We send off items twice per week (unless otherwise informed that post is urgent). We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from delays in receiving post or for its onward journey from us to you. We have no control of how long items take to arrive with us or over things like postal strikes for example. We will endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Payment
Membership fees are due monthly/annually in advance and payable by Direct Debit or another payment method offered from time to time by THINQTANQ.
You may cancel your membership at any time up to the due date of the next payment. Membership ceases at this point and no more payments will be taken. After your membership has ended we will continue to collate any post that comes to us for you for a maximum of 4 weeks ready for you to collect. After this period, post will be returned to sender. If you leave during your membership period we are unable to offer a refund for the remaining portion of your membership.
If your membership is terminated by us for any material breach of our terms and conditions you will not be eligible for a refund.
Any sum outstanding is subject to a 10% per billing cycle penalty charge. THINQTANQ reserves the right to refuse access to facilities until such a time that the arrears have been cleared
